Retailers, who usually suffer with payment collection, are Knockout's target market. The Knockout Mobile App aids retailers in managing funded clients. With Knockout, a mobile retailer can now easily and comfortably fund themselves. This app is only compatible with Android mobile devices. Versions greater than 9 of Android are compatible with this application. Retailers experience issues as a result of late customer EMI payments. If customers change their phone number, give false identification, or have an untraceable address, it won't matter. The phone will be locked by the retailers; thus, no outbound calls or texts will be permitted. Only the retailer's phone number, which is posted on the screen, will be visible to customers.
